That’s a rather open-ended question, and possibilities range from hidden photos apps and hidden albums in Apple Photos, to encrypted notes, to encrypted storage, to apps that utilize steganagraphy, to all sorts of other options.
Which platform is the target? iPhone or iPad? macOS?
What sort of information is to be hidden? Text? Photos? Arbitrary data?
How much? Hiding a kilobyte of data is usualy feasible in most designs. Hiding a terabyte or a petabyte probably needs a bigger haystack.
Who is your expected adversary here? A casual viewer? A more determined attacker? Probably not legal authorities or espionage, right?
Considerations? Some of the hidden-photo-album vendors have disappeared, leaving folks with difficult or no access to hidden data. Does (can?) the hidden data be backed up? How? Is the data actually robustly encrypted, and is the encryption secure, and how are password resets (not?) handled?
Are you creating this storage as a developer, or are you expecting somebody else to implement it?
Or as I can also read the question, are you looking for known or suspected hidden data? If so, are there particular suspicions around where, what, and how much?
