I have M1 MacBook.I have this problem that I have ,,screen time'' activity without me using this apps, I don't know if this is normal. I don't think so. Maybe someone knows how I can fix it. Thank you!

bard.google.com is a link on Google itself. Do you use Chrome or a gmail email? Registering it would likely trip things up on bard.google.com and hence the time given on that app.
Apple menu -> System Preferences/Settings (Ventura and Sonoma uses Settings not Preferences) -> Notifications -> Tips is the app that is using so much time. That's where it is controlled.
