Add child to ipad

I logged into a new iPad but I want my child’s Apple ID to be used not mine. It logged in as me. I don’t want him texting as me

I want Apple arcade so much and I don’t want to ask for app so I can get it like I’m so bored without it on the app so much I want to have extremely bad but my mom won’t let me.
