How do I stop a recurring payment to fraudulent account from Apple Card?

I have been using the cloud version of this https://www.oranged.net/studiometry/ product for some time now to manage billing for clients. I no longer need this product and I am unable through their site or the app to cancel the monthly service. when I reached out to their support I notice others complaining about the same issue but no one is responding from Oranged. It look like this has been going on for over a year.
