using iphone's microphone instead of Bluetooth device's microphone

Hello,

I am using a Bluetooth device to listen to music and make calls on my car. My device's mic is horrible, so I was wondering if there is a way to use the iphone's mic while using the device as the audio output.

Bluetooth Mic Only Works For Phone Calls None of my iPhone’s microphones work, so I use my Powerbeats Pro earbuds, however, they ONLY work on phone calls. If I use LITERALLY any other app, if I try to use the microphone, my sound turns off completely and not only can I not talk, but I can’t hear either. How do I make it so it only uses my Beats microphone instead of my broken iPhone one? I feel as if that’d fix the problem.
