AirPods are being goofy.

Problem with AirPods Pro 1st gen

The left AirPod flashes red
The AirPods settings don't appear in the (i) symbol in bluetooth settings
The AirPods show up as headphones
Instead of turning on noise cancellation when I hold the stems it turns the AirPods off
I tried resetting the AirPods but no light appeared or changed

MacBook Air, macOS 14.1
