How to speed up the scrolling speed on the iPhone 15 running iOS 17.2?

I’d love to speed up the scrolling speed on my iPhone 15 Pro Max, running iOS version 17.2.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find anything from a Google search, other than one website stating it isn’t possible at the moment due to an issue Apple made on their newer phone models that involves variable refresh rate.

Any helps or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
