iPhone 15 Pro Max heating issues

It’s been couple months of me using this new iPhone and it has been the worst experience with any Apple products till date.

This iPhone is almost alway running hot while charging, while using. I am also using Apple certified accessories for charging.

It’s gotten to a point where due to high temps it’s not syncing my device to iCloud specially photos. I had to turn off my iCloud Photos all together and restore my device to an external device so I don’t loose data. I am tired of findings ways to keep this going. Till today, my photos aren’t synced after restoring which I regret turning off and doing a fresh restore as now my stuff isn’t backing up due to high temps.

Talked with Apple support and they recommended going in for a store visit for techs to look at when their diagnostic tools can’t find anything wrong. Nothing is wrong but the hardware itself isn’t cooling. I went to Apple Store only to get the same answer.

Anyone has any recommendations that worked for them? Please advise - thank you!
