Changes to clock options not reflecting in menubar

I am new to Mac, tried changing the clock options under control center in settings, like clock type to analogue and show seconds , flash time separator in digital clock in MacBook Pro, nothing is getting reflected in the menu bar, any help ?

Think you need to go to System Setting >> and type Control

Scroll down to " Clock " and " Clock Options "

It should present another screen

Enable the Options that are available and work for your needs

Then, press Done to save these changes

If you were configuring as per pervious image uploaded - that is correct it would not

Use from the following image and Enable ( Drag Slider until it is Blue )

When I do it - this is what I am getting on 3 Apple Machines all running Sonoma 14.2.1

Notice 9:54:56 seconds appearing ?
