Compromised Apple ID account

IS THIS LEGAL OR POSSIBLE???!!!HOW CAN I GET BACK in to recover my data and IS THERE A WAY TO GET MY Messages and photos and private info back that she has stored or to SEE??? YES I KNOW WE SHOULD separate accounts and I should have my own but She did before me and now is using this and potentiallly sending my private information to her lawyer as well as seeing my conversations with my lawyer. HELP ME SEE WHAT SHE HAS!!?? AND HOW DO I GET messages and information back (ie conversations between her and I that proved her accusations, agreements etc that she is saying IS NOT HAPPENING. I pay FOR all bills and my bank accounts and phone bills are UNDER MY NAME!?
