Apple Music skipping songs on it’s own

Whenever I put on a playlist that has a song more than one time on it (same song every 3-4 songs), it skips the repeating song on its own. I have that song bought from iTunes but then I delete it from Apple Music library in order for the streams to count when I stream on Apple Music. I have tried everything and the issue persists. I will cancel my subscription if this continues. Please help.
