I am unable to switch on passcode on my Apple Watch Ultra
on my Apple Watch Ultra 2 the options to turn ON the passcode are greyed out?
please guide me to unlock them

Hello Mohsin_001, Make sure your Watch is paired to your iPhone. Also on iPhone check your Screen Time Settings for any restrictions and turn them off. After checking the above you may need to power down Watch and power back up after a minute. Then see if you are able to assign a passcode to you Ultra Watch.
