I just upgraded from a 13 pro to a 15 pro and can no longer find an option for the phone to vibrate for notifications (and incoming calls) while on silent. Was this option removed? There are times I cannot keep sounds on, but still want to be aware of notifications.

The location was moved and the wording was changed. Open the Settings app, tap on Sounds & Haptics, tap on Haptics (3rd time down from the top) and choose "Play in Silent Mode."
