I don't want to pay for Google Storage, Dropbox storage and iCloud storage. Google storage works best for me collaborating. Therefore, I need to cancel the iCloud storage but I am unsure if this will affect other Apple apps or
products.

Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in the following Apple article: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
After cancelling an upgraded iCloud storage plan you would still have the free 5GB iCloud storage.
And after cancelling you would not be able to do iCloud Backup or sync data with iCloud such as iCloud Photos if you have more than 5GB of data to backup and/or sync.
