deactivate the VPN from Settings briefly just to login and it will work

. I had same issue back in September last year and Pinterest support helped but never explain what was causing . With newest version 12.0 it happened again so I did all the restart, reinstall, reset without luck until I tried the VPN and finally worked

thanks @leishala. I was already disconnected but still had an issue. I connected to my VPN, logged in to pinterest and facebook fine, disconnected from VPN, and I can now connect without a problem.
