iMusic only plays one song at a time

Running Sonoma 14.1.2. iMusic will not cycle through a playlist - it gets stuck on one song and will play it over and over again. The red-boxed Play and Shuffle do not work. The best I can do is go to the next song on my list and hit play next.

See Shuffle or repeat songs in Music on Mac - Apple Support. It seems you are in one-track repeat mode. Try using the Controls menu to turn repeat off if you cannot do it with the icons.

I can't replicate the issue here. I suggest you upgrade Sonoma. Version 14.2 fixed an issue with the Recently Added view being limited to 60 items. It may be that updating will fix this anomaly for you. You might also try explicitly turning repeat on then off again using the controls menu in case the flag in the menus is out of step with some internal variable.
