MACBOOK i’m stuck at the globe and the wifi selection, doesn’t allow me to go further than this

after erasing the macintosh thing to clear my macbook my screen froze where it said utility something so i exited out and was going to go back and reinstall a new macOS, but when i started my mac up it showed me a globe and wifi selections and when i put in my wifi it doesn’t let me proceed any further

It seems like you're experiencing issues with reinstalling macOS on your MacBook. Try restarting your MacBook and holding down Command (⌘) + R to enter Recovery Mode. From there, you can reinstall macOS. If the issue persists, you may need to check your internet connection or consider creating a bootable macOS installer using another Mac and a USB drive.
