I can’t change my country billing address
I traveled into another country but my billing address still shows the previous country and I can’t change it or add a payment method what’s the solution

Log in to https://appleid.apple.com with your Apple ID credentials.
Scroll Down to the Payment and Shipping Section
Tap on Edit
You will be given both Billing and Shipping Addresses to edit.
