Good day! I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max.

It was released on 2021 but I bought it on 2022 (brand new and sealed). It's already 1 year and 3 months old based on when I purchased and activated it.

As of now, it has 88% Battery Health.

Currently, on Average:

1. Usage - I can use it for 2.7 minutes per 1%.

(Before it was around 5-6 minutes per 1%)

2. Charging - It charges for 1.7 minutes per 1%.

(It takes around 2 hours for 25% - 95%)

Can I ask if this numbers are still acceptable or is it unusual? Any advices?

Thank you.

Ps: I don't use it for gaming.

You are right on track.

Batteries degrade over time with usage due to chemical aging, that's just how they work.

You can expect about a 1% drop per month with average use on an iPhone. This is an approximation, that is why it may be plus or minus a few percent on a month to month basis.

Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%. To check your battery health, go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
