Am I blocked? After changing the U-sim for travelling outside a country, only one person’s name is showing up in green.

So:

1. I text this friend before leaving the country, message goes thru (delivered, blue text bubble), although no response.
2. i change the u-sim at the destination country. I text my other friends; messages are successfully delivered, with the exceptions of texts to android user friends (roaming is off).
3. i notice that the chat history is gone with this particular friend (this friend also uses imessage. Even my chat logs with my android user friends are not gone.)
4. so i try to compose this person a message but then i notice their name is in green

does this mean i’m blocked?
