Sorry, but Apple does not provide a means to check the authenticity of their power adapters by serial number ... only the support article you arrived here from.
If you purchased this adapter directly from Apple or an Authorized Apple Reseller, then it should be an original Apple product; if not, then they could be a fake.
Providing its serial number here will not help.
