I get "No camera available" error when I open FaceTime on MacBook Pro 2016

Updated iOS Monterey 12.7.2, screen time us.zoom checked on, still get 'no camera available'. Shut down and restarted using control/option/power. This is recent as FaceTime was used just a week or so ago.
