i have a extra iphone se that's paid off and i wants to give it away or use it for a backup phone, but it's not allowing me to do anything .it's just saying this phone is unavailable.

i have been telling you over and over again that i can't unlock my backup iphone

We are users.....just like you. We cannot unlock your phone for you. Neither can Apple.
