Snapchat freezes

Snapchat continuously freezes on my daughters IPhone 13 Pro Max and she has restart my phone to fix it. I’ve tried all fixes recommended online, (clear cache, make sure she has plenty of storage, she’s deleted a ton, made sure updates are up to date, deleted and reinstalled app), put in a help ticket to Snapchat but no response from Snapchat and nothing is helping fix this issue. It’s been going on for more than a year. If she logs in on my phone she has no issues. Help.
