Apple Watch 5 loses battery power quickly

My Apple Watch stays charged for only about 6 hours a day. I don't know if I need a new battery or a new watch.

Try these steps to improve your Apple Watch battery life:

1. Update to the latest watchOS version.

2. Restart your Apple Watch regularly.

3. Adjust screen brightness and use a simple watch face.

4. Disable unnecessary notifications.

5. Check for power-hungry apps and consider uninstalling or limiting their use.

6. Turn off features like Always On Display if not needed.

If issues persist, a battery replacement may be necessary. Visit an Apple Store or authorized service provider for further assistance.
