Either via Apple iOS or Mac OSX..I can't remember the password I used when I first accepted developer invite to test my app on Apple TestFlight and now I can't access the app to test it?

TestFlight invites accepted are tied to the Apple ID in use; into,whichever Apple ID you were logged into.
There is no separate password.
Contact the app developer, and request another invite.

The TestFlight app uses the same current Apple ID logged into the iPhone or iPad.
There is no TestFlight password.
As for the above-quoted reply, I can find no “Log In” in TestFlight, no password reset link within TestFlight, and no password within TestFlight. The TestFlight Settings (tap on the round icon image associated with your Apple ID) are quite limited, too. That shows the Apple ID, but provides no login- or password-related controls.
