Sonoma screensaver displaying original instead of edited photos

Sonoma 14.2.1 screensaver is pointed to Photos.app Favorites album.  It displays the ORIGINAL images instead of the edited versions.  This includes displaying vertical/portrait-orientated images 90° offset on the display.  I have found and re-edited some of these images and the anomaly persists.  These same images are properly displayed onscreen by my Apple TV devices.

As my main display, my iMac is driving a 27” LG HDR 4k.  I have not (yet) tried configuring the iMac as the main display to further troubleshoot this issue.  Your ideas will be appreciated.  TIA.
