Screen glitches

I take my phone in the shower often and now my screen is glitching and colors will randomly become black and white and sometimes the top of my screen is fine and then an inch from the bottom and down shows the top of my screen. Also the bottom right of my screen is darker than the rest and it forms a 90 degree angle.

iPhone glitching after shower Recently I took my iPhone in the shower. I accidentally got it super wet though. After this, the speaker is very distorted (it’s bad whilst writing) the WiFi and the phone itself is very slow, and when I type in App Library, the keyboard goes sideways. Please help!

iPad screen glitching out of nowhere I have an iPad 6th gen that is 5 years old. It has been working just fine until one day I pickup my iPad and see that my screen is glitching and is completely unusable. The iPad, Siri everything works fine and I can even see the light of the screen change when I touch the screen. But the screen is just completely broken. I haven't dropped my iPad and neither it has any water damage or prior repair. Anyone one know why this might happen?
