My purchased movies and shows are not available any more after the recent update and move from movies and tv shows to tv. How can I access my movies and series again?

Try restarting the Apple TV . A few minutes ago the store tab suddenly wasn’t working on mine. After a restart it came back on. Perhaps before the restart you should sign out of iCloud, sign back in after it restarts. After you sign back in it will prompt you to enable AirPlay & HomeKit again.
To browse content you don’t own , use the Store tab.
What device are you using and are you looking for your purchases as well or to browse tv shows or movies to rent or buy?

I am using an Apple TV 4K device with iOS 17.2 (21k365)
both are not working any more. My purchases are just empty and if I want to browse there are no movies beneath the sub categories…. (In the tv app)
there must be more than myself with this issue
I can see my purchased movies - though none have cover art. I have a valid network connection as both the store and Netflix/Disney apps work fine. But when I try to choose a movie I get a greyish screen that sits there forever. Everything was fine before the update. I have restarted multiple times and logged in whenever it wants.
hey Apple - any ETA on when you will fix this?
This is what I did first, but they are just not there any more. I am properly logged in and I found no where a sync function
any other idea?

Anybody else has an idea?! My store is also empty, just showing the main categories.
I can only search for something and then watch it. This must be a big programming bug.
The cover art occasionally vanishes on mine. It usually comes back though. It just might be a bit slow loading it.
It is now days and with a 250mbit connection I assume the error is somewhere else…
