I want to change my granddaughter Apple ID which is my existing one

I assigned my existing Apple ID to my granddaughters new I phone 11

iPhone 8, iOS 16

You must log out of it on your granddaughters phone (she will lose access to your apps and data of course) and log in with her own Apple ID. To logout go to settings>your name on top>log out
