In Sonoma, there is a Podcasts app, in the Applications folder. The files themselves are here:

~/Library/Group Containers/243LU875E5.groups.com. apple. podcasts

In macOS, the location of your podcast files depends which app you are using. If you're using Apple's Podcasts app, the files are typically stored in a system folder, managed by the app. If you're using a third-party podcast app, the location might vary.

Type:

~/Library/Group Containers/243LU875E5.groups.com.apple.podcasts/Library/Cache

Press Enter. This will open the folder where the Podcasts app stores downloaded episodes. Note that these files may not be in standard audio formats and could be named in a way that’s not immediately recognizable.
