phone had been working fine. Went on a walk for about an hour, tried to open phone and it would do nothing. I did volume keys and other to restart and nothing happened. Tried charging for an hour and tried again. Nothing happens.
No dropping or know damage to the device. Just seems dead

Try a few more Forced Restarts. Follow the instructions very carefully, as this is a bit tricky. You may need to repeat this several times.

1) The phone returns to normal operation.....or, if it doesn't.....
