If you mean, add to the email account. Drag and drop the folder or individual messages into the appropriate Outlook location. That will move messages from on my computer to your email account
I wish it would.. it only allows me to move the folders within and around 'on my computer' not to my ''emailaddr@verizon.net folder'. That 'folder' does the receives and sends of my emails just fine. I just pulled all my data/email from a win10 machine to a new mini-mac with Sonoma. The 'on my computer' are the emails copied over from the win10 machine into 'legacy outlook', then I imported from Legacy into 'outlook'.
