Its been 4 days since i switched to iphone 15 from android, and my iMessage and FaceTime activation have been unsuccessful since then. I tried turning it on and off but its of no use. What to do?

Did you already force restart your iPhone? You will not lose data:

For some users it worked after switching the settings for Date&Time off and on again in Settings/General/Date & Time/ Set Automatically ->On/Off
