iwatch randomly emitting long tone.

My iwatch 8 has begun randomly emitting a long sustained tone. There is no notification on the watch or on my phone to indicate what it is. I have a medical condition and use my watch to stay in contact with my pacemaker/defibrillator monitors. I have updated and rebooted but the tone continues. It has happened 3 times in the past 12 hours. Twice during the night.

my watch alerted me to a heart issue in August, so this random tone is concerning.

random short trill sound every nite - watch 6 All of a sudden my watch (6) makes this short 3 note trill at random times late at night (once at 10:15, tonite 11:30. No notification. Not the bedtime chime. I’ve never heard this sound for anything u til about a week ago when it started at night.

Apple watch SE vibrating / ticking every second I have an apple watch SE and a few hours after restarting it it starts to give a short vibration impulse every second. In my watch face (Modular) the point between the hour and minute blinks. I have Taptic time turned off and restarted IPhone and Apple Watch several times.
