"Voicemail Unavailable Could not authorize access."

After IOS update 17.1, my voice mail needed to be set up again. I used my password number that opens the phone and get message "Voicemail Unavailable Could not authorize access."

I can't set up my voicemail on my new iPhone 15 I just got a new Iphone 15 and it asks me to set up my voicemail but every time I enter a password a message that says “Voicemail Unavailable.
