how to open a damaged and corrupted word document

I had two word documents open when my computer shut down unexpectantly. When it rebooted itself both of these documents had closed and when reopened, I found that they'd gone back to the last previous save, which was from 2 months ago.

I think I've managed to relocate them in Library>Containers>Microsoft Word>Data>Library>Application Support>Microsoft>Temp

They saved themselves as ~WRS{1A6223D9-D838-A04E-96B7-379FF01E0E7F}

But these files have been damaged and I can't open them, or when I try to open and repair them using word, they come out blank. Please help me

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.6
