Have scary Microsoft Defender Security Defender alert telling me to call ****-****-**** . Only way I can move forward with a hard shut down. Have run Malwarebytes scan. Running Ventura 13.6.6

First of all as you are most likely aware of this, do not call the number and provide any information. Screen shot may help with specific solution, but it may be coming from a Safari Notification and can be stopped using this Support Article:

If it is in Safari (or another browser), Force Quit the browser and open it up while holding down the Shift key. That should prevent it from opening up the same website. Don't visit that website again.
That's a scam. There is no Microsoft defenser for Macs. There is also no Ventura 13.6.6.
