What can be done about an unethical company peddling their wares on the App Store?
In this case, a software company offering free trial and then immediately charging my Apple Card account, causing me to have to close out the account number and refresh.
Simple fraud, yet Apple does not offer clear ways toward resolution.

You can log into reportaproblem.apple.com and choose to report a fraud from the drop down menu.

As long as you have filed the complaint, and as far as I know, Apple will only contact you, if they need more information.
If you have been wrongfully charged by the developer, you should also request a refund from Apple.

I was able to file the complaint but told at the end that I would not receive a reply. Come on Apple - that’s the best you can do?
