Why am I not charged immediately when I buy?

When buying things for an app I play, I may purchase multiple items within days of each other. I get notifications when my bank receives charges. Apple holds some purchases and waits until they feel like it to send the lump charge to my bank. It’s very frustrating.

Can I choose to have all purchases to be submitted immediately?

Money always gets deducted for purchases made in Apple Store but it still shows as pending. i made two transaction, earlier I made subscription to an App, I made the payment which was easily deducted but coming back to Apple Store it still does not show the payment being a success, and subscription is not added to my account. again yesterday I bought a song from iTune and again payment was successful but still it is showing as pending. Candy Crush purchases Anyone else having issues with CC purchases since the update? I just got shorted (significantly) on a purchase today after getting shorted yesterday on a purchase (and successfully getting refunded). Both purchases were via Apple ID/account on my ipad.

As other end users, we are not privy to Apple's corporate biling practices; you'd need to ask Apple support.
