How to get a refund for an app I purchased in the App Store?

Purchased an app thy won’t to get refunded for.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it; otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

Make sure that, if you are requesting a refund within 2 weeks of your purchase, to select "Right of Withdrawal" for reason and make no other comments if you have it as an option. Trust me all other options, whatever you try to explain they make it ineligible for refund without providing the reason of ineligibility.

Also, good luck if it's an in-app content purchase, they will have you end up talking to support between Apple and Third Party App support. I had this situation, where I actually purchased in-app content, it wasn't provided and I still didn't get a refund.even though my content was never provided to me
