It appears that the Google Nest Mini isn’t very usable as TV speaker with any brand.
It appears to be usable as bluetooth speaker, but that will have a delay, thus sync issues.
You can stream audio(-only sources) from phones, or use the on-device audio services (YouTube Music, Spotify, etc).
If you want to try the bluetooth connectivity, then set the speaker(s) to pairing mode, then pair and connect from the Bluetooth settings screen on your TV or Apple TV box. Use Bluetooth accessories with your Apple TV - Apple Support.
