How can I connect my account with promo from t-mobile

I am suppose to Apple TV through T-Mobile. How do I connect them?

I have a subscription thru my cable company for Apple TV Not sure how to make it connect! I believe I get Apple TV thru t-mobile. Not sure how to make this work on my TV. I've installed the Apple TV app and I have logged in. There is no option that I could see to connect with a TV subscription. Not sure what to do next.
