Screen Time App Limit Not Working Just For Minecraft

For some reason, the app limit that I have set for my daughter's iPad using family share & screen time does not work solely for the Minecraft app. It works for other apps (including Roblox) and the screen time downtime limits also work but Minecraft seems to be the exception. I definitely do not have Minecraft listed under "Always Allow" & have attempted multiple iterations. Please help.

Childs phone bypassing screentime limits Any app that is currently in downtime that opens via links, like X or Discord can easily be bypassed. If they are on youtube or another app that has a link to these apps in it, after clicking it will open it in Safari (Which is not enabled on the phone and cannot be opened directly), and within the opened Safari page they can then click login and browse X or discord fully without restrictions. This is a huge oversight and effectively makes screentime completely unreliable. I have screenshots and can easily duplicate it.

Screentime limits not enforced I set 45 min limit for TikTok but my kid consistently spends hours daily using it.
