My iPhone XR got the "restore" screen on all of the sudden and I've been trying to restore the iPhone. When I try to restore, it says that I must update the phone, then I get this error:
An unknown error occurred (75). 067E.004B
How can I continue with the restoration or recover my iPhone? Even if its without its data.

The phone still needs to have an active cellular connection in order for update/restore to work.
I do not think that things are going to work if you have previously seen "No Service" in the upper left corner of the phone.
Try a Forced Restart. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Does this mean that the phone is not connected to a cellular network?
If yes, you cannot update/restore the phone unless the phone is also connected to cellular.
It's not connected to cellular, but it's connected directly to my Mac. By data I mean the information the phone used to have.
