Unlock iCloud locked iPhone

Please return the phone for a refund if possible.

The phone is completely useless unless the original owner provides information to unlock the phone.

Unfortunately, the person who sold you the phone was very likely not the original owner. The phone was probably stolen.

You bought what is effectively if not actually a lost or stolen device, encountered activation lock, and now have an expensive and forever useless brick. Recycle it. Yes, really; recycle it.
