Hello

How can I disable Guided Access?

By the way, the face ID of the phone did not open because I put it in front of my face several times, and now it is disabled and asks for a password, but because the touch screen of the phone is disabled due to Guided Access.

And for this reason, it does not enter the Guided Access password page, which I can disable by entering the password

  1. Force restart the iPhone / iPad --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
  2. iPhone restarts> Enter Lock Screen Passcode --> Click-> If you forgot the Lock Screen Passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your ...
  3. Then go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Guided Access and change the passcode

Well, it seems you should be able to go to

> Settings

> Accessibility

> Guided Access

> Turn Guided Access OFF

If further steps are necessary try the submenu setting

> Passcode Settings (which can be set to a different passcode than the passcode you use to unlock your iPhone)

  • That will also give the option to enable Face ID

Perhaps also check the

> Display Auto-Lock setting time

——and whether

> Accessibility Shortcut is enabled

(which is among the Guided Access menu/ settings option page)
