Can't change region
I cannot find region Bangladesh in apple id. But when creating a new one(Apple ID) there is a region named "Bangladesh". But I can't find the region in my existing Apple ID.
I want to change my region to "Bangladesh"

seems to be largely in the context of changing country settings for the purpose of using Apple's App and Media stores. These stores do not exist in Bangladesh so it may be you are not seeing your country because of that.
