Turn off microphone access when using camera

How do I turn off microphone access when using camera?, i’ve turned off Live Photos, FaceTime. But when I use camera to just take a photo it accesses microphone shown in the privacy report.

Continuity Camera - not working with Google Meet Mac Mini 2018, IPhone 14 Pro/Max. Ventura, Chrome, and IOS are up to date. Using Google Meet in Chrome, able to set the IPhone as the mic, but can’t find the camera. 😞 Is this feature limited to certain apps like FaceTime? Thanks!

How do I turn off my microphone on my iPhone 13 for instagram and Facebook? I have looked everywhere and I don’t have the option to turn off my microphone (and camera). I have looked under general and focus. My friend has a 13 and the same software update and she has the option to turn it off. I would like the option for privacy from Meta. Thanks for your help.

You cannot disable Camera's access to the microphone.
