When using dual SIMs, I can customize greetings by removing the physical SIM. However, with both SIMs, it prompts me to select an account to change the voicemail greeting. How do I choose the account?

Turn off all your eSIMs except for the one you want to set the custom voicemail for.
Hey, I have the exact same problem. I’m using a dual sim iPhone 13 promax and while using it with two sims I can’t change the default Greeting voice and this page ( attached screenshot ) is shown , otherwise while having only one of the sim cards in the phone, I can change the greeting voice
it seems to be a software bug and I hope apple would fix that.
I have the same problem. I’m using a dual sim iPhone 13pro with ios 17.4. I tried to turn off one of using sim to face the problem but now the whole voice mail completely disabled whiles it has been turned on in settings. Please fix this embarrassing bug on next update.
